Experiences at the fair & promotional jobs:

Professional experience: I have been working in the hospitality industry since 2021 and have worked in various areas of customer service. For a year and a half, I mainly worked as a barista in a café, occasionally helping out in the service department. I then switched to the telecommunications industry for six months, where I was in close contact with customers in the call center and was able to develop my communication skills. I then returned to the catering industry, particularly event catering. I spent most of this time working as a hostess, mainly in Düsseldorf. Among other things, I worked for the company FIBO Multiservices GmbH and regularly worked at the Düsseldorf trade fair, where I looked after guests, organized champagne receptions and worked as a hostess. I also worked at the CCD Congress Center in Düsseldorf and occasionally worked at corporate events in Duisburg in the service department and as a hostess. Thanks to my varied experience in direct customer contact, I have developed a keen sense of service, communication and hospitality.
