I gained valuable experience in customer service through my work at Galeria Kaufhaus. As a working student at NextHealth GmbH, I accompanied conferences and congresses, which allowed me to further develop my organizational skills and my talent for communicating with participants. In addition, as a hostess at well-known trade fairs such as IFA, InnoTrans, Smart Country Convention and the DNG Congress, I was able to gain a wide range of experience in looking after guests and organizing events. My strengths include my punctuality, patience in dealing with people of all ages and my ability to listen attentively and solve problems effectively. These varied activities have strengthened my service skills and given me further training in customer care and event organization.
