Since 2013, I have been working as a freelance trained hotel specialist at events, trade fairs and functions as a bartender, barista, service manager and event manager. I currently give barista seminars for Kaffeerösterei Konstanz, have several trade fair appearances as a barista (e.g. Aero Friedrichshafen, Caravansalon Düsseldorf, Fakuma Friedrichshafen), with my own extensive equipment and accompany events as an experienced bartender/bar manager, service manager/event manager for some restaurateurs. I am also a reliable and flexible station waiter (Chef de Rang).
